TERRESTRIAL QUALITY CONTROL

Remember that quality control is conducted after field data collection. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to the Data Management Protocol At the end of each field season, there are several documents (see list below) that will need to be completed and sent to the National Operations Center.

Required Data to be sent to NOC at end of field season:

  • All project data, including photos, calibration data and known error forms (submitted continuously throughout the season via Survey123)
  • All plot tracking information (submitted continuously throughout the season via Field Maps). An overview of how to review and reject plots can be found here.
